At the physiological level of the cyber society are the sensory organs, the nervous system and brain subsystems, biocurrents and biopotentials in the form of codes of nerve impulses, afferent and efferent codes, forms of biocurrents, biopotentials, or biofields that encode feelings and commands for folding, muscle relaxation in other words. At this level there are neurons with entrances - dendrites and outlets - axons, synapses - contacts of dendrites and axons, curves of excitation and inhibition of neurons, running of nerve impulses along axons and myelin resistance of axons to biocurrents. At this level, electroencephalograms are also considered - total brain biopotentials, electromyograms - total muscle biopotentials, electrocardiograms - heart biopotentials, that is, graphs of the total stress produced depending on the time. On the analysis of such graphs, old biofeedback systems and some implants are based - neurostimulators (cybernetic biochips) needed for character management. Also, at the physiological level are psychoactive substances - neuroblockers (psycho-depressants) that suppress their own information processes in the nervous system: their own feelings, their own thoughts, their own speech and their own behavior. In a cyber society, such proprietary processes interfere with machine scenarios and are highly undesirable. In the cyber society there are no own feelings, own thoughts, own speech and own behavior. They are suppressed chemically, electrically or organically (surgically). For example, a character's own feelings towards a girl may conflict with feelings planned by a computer or a programmer and make the character's programming impossible, which will lead to the termination of the program with an error. If such errors occur in the twenty million characters with forty million people, the management of the characters will become almost impossible - state computers will continuously fail. Similarly, the character's own thoughts will contradict the decisions of the bot program that controls the character, the character will try to do one thing, but the bot will be different, there will be cramps or twitching in behavior. Therefore, the character's own thinking is suppressed, otherwise the management of a million crowd of characters would become impossible in principle. At the physiological level of the cyber society there are also cyber-controlled diseases, for the suppression of the characters' resistance, the recycling of characters and for the roles of characters in the cyber society, and simply to punish the characters according to the historical method of the carrot and stick.

At the circuit level of the cyber society are miniature circuits from biomaterial - cybernetic biochips, implants, neurostimulators, gauges and electrodes, transmitters, circuits diluted directly in the bones of the body, their element base, for example microscopic semiconductor controlled laser diodes, non-implantable biocontrol devices, for example portable smartphones, biometric and tele-biometric devices, miniature devices for laser and ultrasonic cutting of biomaterials and materials, for suppressing resistance of characters. At the same level there are devices for concealed installation of biochips and implants, spraying schemes at distances of several meters, and implantation of implants.
